Curved Kitchen doors:

By admin

To create classic elegant style kitchen doors designers typically use traditional materials like wood and marble. Curved doors heighten their effect, which usually comes at a high-cost range because, for the most part, the doors are custom ordered and hand made. The company generally makes a technical drawing and programs the automated machines. After cutting the woods to necessary shapes it is flattened by a rolling machine. A cabinet door generally consists of a center panel surrounded by a frame. A Grove is made at one edge by a grooving machine so that the center panel will fit with the frame exactly. Then the center panel is made by creating a bevel on both the sides simultaneously and then introduced to a gluing machine that glues the panel to the desired angle by placing in an assembly fixture. After a couple of hours, the front panel is sanded by a sanding machine to make them smooth. Making the horizontal frames is more complex than making the panel because the top and bottom has to bend in accordance to the panel. The frame is made from slices of wood so that it can bend. Finally, the slices are glued and electrically heated to retain the shape. Finally, the frame is glued to the front panel.
